For 40 years T.R. Arnold & Associates has provided manufactured shelter industry with engineering approval and inspection services. TRA is involved in every aspect of pre-built structures, manufacturing and maintaining a continuous relationship with a wide spectrum of the industry.

Our History
TRA began in 1967 when there were no industry-wide standards, no cohesive body of government regulations, and no one else for manufacturers to turn to for help. With an original staff of three employees, we offered limited services to clients throughout the United States.
But our vision was grander.
In 1997 T.R. Arnold & Associates, Inc. became and Employee Owned Company. Today we serve all of North America, Europe, and Pacific Rim. From our corporate headquarters in Elkhart, Indiana we manage over 100 employees in strategic locations throughout our service area. With this approach, we can offer prompt and efficient service to our established clients as well as meet the demand for new clients.
Our personnel demonstrate the unequaled value of industry experience. Their skill sets reflect all aspects of the industrialized housing market. We complement those skills with the latest in computer systems and other tools so that all their experience pays off for you.

As a new customer and at the appropriate point in time, you will be assigned an account manager and an inspector. Their contact information will be given to you at that time.
